At 83bar, we connect patients in need to providers that care. We create campaigns—ads, landing pages, surveys, emails—and route potential patients to our specialized call center staffed with nurses. Our nurses are trained to educate and guide individuals to the right healthcare providers and services for their needs.

Job Description and Responsibilities
- Partner with the sales team to help with coordination of sales opportunities, determine sales strategy and approach.
- Assist the sales team with proposal and presentation development
- Manage a timeline/calendar of deliverables and ensure we are on track to meet our client's goals/expectations
- Coordinate contract approval and execution
- Update sales pipeline and reporting
- Present ideas, goals, outcomes, and processes in a fashion that is understood by a diverse audience
- Demonstrate technology platform and process
- Build opportunity profiles to assess margins on a deal by deal basis
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the industry and, in particular, customer needs and requirements
- Deep understanding of 83bar's services, platform, and pricing models
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience related to sales and sales support
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to draft polished emails to clients without additional proofreading or supervision
- Strong proofreading skills to be able to edit and format proposals and presentations
- Strong financial and technical apptitude
- Excellent presentation and customer facing skills
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Google (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive, etc), and CRM systems
- Comfortable with and able to pick up new technology (if you are uncomfortable with this, please do not apply)
- Understanding of marketing practices
- Self-starter with efficient time management skills
Bonus Skills
- Experience in a small/medium sized start up
- Experience in healthcare, marketing, and/or software
